33,081 persons injured in accidents at work were reported in the first half of 2026 (7.9% more than in the first half of 2025). The incidence rate (the number of injured persons per 1,000 employed persons) increased from 2.23 to 2.41 per year.
In the first half of 2026, the highest number of injured persons was recorded in accidents at work with other effect 1 – 32,796 persons. 214 persons sustained injuries in serious accidents, while 71 persons were injured in fatal accidents. 100 persons were injured while performing remote work or telework.
