Characteristics of continuing vocational training in enterprises in 2020
Characteristics of the continuing vocational training in enterprises – the outcomes of the subsequent edition of the survey based on the methodology developed by Eurostat. The analysis of the outcomes allowed to determine the level of employers’ engagement in the increase of skills and qualifications of employed persons in 2020. The study includes data on training fully or partially financed by the enterprise, e.g. the form of training, number of participants, duration of courses, cost of courses, skills acquired by participants in courses, course providers, indicators of course availability, share of cost of courses in the labour cost, continuing vocational training policy; characteristics of initial vocational training.
