Foreigners performing work in Poland in November 2025
On the last day of November 2025, there were 1 138.0 thousand foreigners performing work in Poland, i.e. 6.4% more than in November 2024. Compared with the previous month, their number decreased by 0.1%.
In the analysed population of foreigners, men constituted the majority – their share was 59.7% ‒ 0.2 percentage points (pp) higher than a year earlier and 0.2 pp lower than at the end of October 2025.
Compared with November 2024, the number of both women and men among foreigners performing work increased ‒ by 5.8% and 6.8%, respectively. Compared with 31 October 2025, the number of women increased by 0.4% and the number of men decreased by 0.4%.
As at 30 November 2025, among foreigners performing work, 439.4 thousand persons worked only under contracts of mandate and related contracts. There were 5.1% more of them than in November 2024 and 0.4% fewer than a month earlier.
Starting from the data for January 2025, the population of persons performing work also includes owners, co-owners and leaseholders of private agricultural holdings together with contributing family workers, including foreigners.
