The results of a cyclical, voluntary, sample survey conducted on a sample of households covered by the Household Budget Survey, including methodological notes and a comprehensive analytical comment. Information on, among others, the perceived health condition and the degree of disability of household members, on the scope and structure of using medical services, on health insurance, including private insurance policies, on the subjective assessment of health care services, COVID-19 pandemic, and on the level and structure of expenditures on health care incurred directly by households.
