Information on entities of the national economy entered in the REGON register - August 2023 | Publikacje | GUS - Portal Informacyjny

As at the end of August 2023 the REGON register included 5 099.9 thous. of national economy entities, i.e. by 0.3% more than a month before. The number of newly registered entities in August amounted to 32.0 thous.

Among newly registered entities, an increase was recorded for companies (by 9.0%) in comparison to the previous month. The number of newly registered commercial companies increased by 9,7%. Natural persons conducting economic activity accounted for 80.2% of all newly registered entities, there was an increase by 10.8% in relation the previous month.
