The aim of the study is to compare the social and economic potential of neighbouring cross-border areas:
- Poland – voivodeships: Lubuskie, West Pomeranian, and Lower Silesian;
- Germany – federal states: Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, and Saxony.
The publication contains a range of information concerning, among other things, the demographic situation, labour market, transport, and gross domestic product.
The comparisons are facilitated by indicators included in the publication in the tabular section (ranking of voivodeships – ranking of federal states), as well as graphical presentations in the form of maps and charts.
