According to preliminary data, in January 2026 the prices of construction and assembly production increased both compared to January 2025 (by 4.0%) as well as to the previous month (by 0.6%).

In January 2026, compared to the previous month, prices increased for building construction and specialized construction activities (by 0.8% both), as well as civil engineering (by 0.2%).

Compared to January 2025, there was an increase in prices for construction of buildings (by 4.1%), the construction of civil engineering (by 3.5%) as well as the specialized construction activities (by 4.4%).
