Basic information about current data on the area of the country (according to the territorial division as of 1 January 2026), population and population density (as of 31 December 2025, recalculated on 1 January 2026) at various levels of aggregation, resulting from changes introduced annually in the territorial division of the country and changes in the state of population. In addition to the tabular part, the publication contains among others, data sources, methodological notes and description of the data including a reference to the previous year.

• w tablicy 19 „Area and population by gminas” – regarding population in Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship in rural gminas Bartoszyce i Górowo Iławeckie, urban gminas Iława, Lubawa and Mrągowo.
