In 2025 there was an increase in consumption of: electricity in households by 1.1%, heat energy to residential buildings by 7.5% and gas from the network by 5.7%.
At the end of 2025, household consumption of electricity in Poland amounted to 30,727.6 GWh, and the number of consumers was 16,765 thousands. Compared to the previous year, electricity consumption per 1 consumer (household) in Poland increased by 0.1% and amounted to 1,832.8 kWh, whereas in urban areas – 1,609.5 kWh and in rural areas – 2,277.1 kWh.
