According to preliminary data, in February 2026 the prices of construction and assembly production increased compared to February 2025 (by 3.8%), and compared to January 2026, they remained at a level similar to those recorded in the previous month.

In February 2026, compared to the previous month, prices increased for civil engineering (by 0.2%), while prices for building construction and specialized construction activities remained at a level similar to those recorded in the previous month.

Compared to February 2025, there was an increase in prices for specialized construction activities (by 4.1%), construction of buildings (by 3.8%) as well as the construction of civil engineering (by 3.7%).
