Production of industrial products in 2017
The value of sold production of own products by producers in 2017 increased in relation to the previous year by 9.2% and amounted to 1 115 410 342 thousand zl.
Sold production of industrial products
The total value of sold production of own products by producers, classified to the sections: Products of mining and quarrying and Manufactured products, amounted to 1 115 410 342 thousand PLN and was higher than in the previous year by 9.2%.
The following divisions had the largest share in the total value of sold production of products: Food products – 17.0%, Motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers – 11.9%, Coke, briquette and similar solid fuels from coal and peat, refined petroleum products – 7.9%, Basic metals – 6.3%, Fabricated metal products, except machinery and equipment – 6.1%. The lowest was the share in the total value of sold production of the divisions: Wearing apparel, leather and related products, Metal ores and Crude petroleum and natural gas – each lower than 0.5%.
In relation to the previous year, an increase in the value of sold production was recorded in 26 (out of 28) divisions, among others for Basic metals (by 22.2%), Fabricated metal products, except machinery and equipment (by 18.4%), Coke, briquette and similar solid fuels from coal and peat, refined petroleum products (by 15.8%), Wearing apparel (by 15.6%), Other transport equipment (by 14.9%), Other products of mining and quarrying (by 13.5%), Hard coal and lignite (by 13.0%). Decrease in the value of sold production of products in comparison to 2016 occurred in the divisions: Crude petroleum and natural gas, and Metal ores.
