Registrations and bankruptcies of enterprises in the fourth quarter of 2025
In the fourth quarter of 2025, there were 83 673 registrations of enterprises recorded i.e. 2,0% registrations more than in the corresponding period of previous year and 102 enterprises declared bankruptcy i.e. 7 bankruptcies more than in the fourth quarter of 2024.
The number of registrations of enterprises in the fourth quarter of 2025 amounted to 83 673 compared to 82 029 in the same period of the previous year. More than a half of all registrations were in three kinds of activity: services (25.0%), costruction (17.1%), and trade; repair of motor vehicles (12.8%). The largest increase in registrations compared to the fourth quarter of the previous year was recorded in services (by 10.6%) and industry (by 10.0%). The decrease was observed in the trade; repair of motor vehicles section (by 18.8%) and accommodation and catering (by 1.5%).
