Price indices of residential premises in the first quarter of 2025

In the first quarter of 2025 prices of residential premises in Poland compared to the previous quarter, increased by 0.7%. On the primary market the increase was 0.9%, while on the secondary market it was 0.5%. Compared to the corresponding quarter of 2024, prices of residential premises increased by 6.6% (of which on the primary market by 7.0% and on the secondary market – by 6.2%).
